COST PRICE PER WORKING HOUR OF THE COMPANY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company Digitizer charges for the services it performs per the starting working hour at current market prices. The calculations of the cost price of the services performed by the company Digitizer are agreed in advance, and the company’s clients will be informed in a timely manner of any possible change in the cost price per working hour.
\nUnless otherwise agreed in advance between Digitizer and the client by contract\/agreement\/cooperation agreement.<\/p>\n


\n

TOTAL COST PRICE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The total cost price of the invoiced performed services is obtained by multiplying the cost price per hour with the total fund of working hours according to the formula CK (RSD) x H (Spent working hours of the Digitizer company). Unless otherwise agreed in advance between the company Digitizer and the client by contract\/agreement\/cooperation agreement.<\/p>\n


\n

INVOICING<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company Digitizer invoices its services through the Electronic Invoice System portal, better known as SEF.<\/p>\n


\n

PAYMENT CURRENCY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The usual invoice payment currency is 28 to 31 days from the invoice date.
\nUnless otherwise agreed in advance between Digitizer and the client by contract\/agreement\/cooperation agreement.<\/p>\n


\n

RESPONSE TIME<\/strong><\/p>\n

Response time (response time eng.) is the time for which the company Digitizer is obliged to respond to each official written request of an existing client and the range of response time is between 8h and 72h during working hours.
\nUnless otherwise agreed in advance between Digitizer and the client by contract\/agreement\/cooperation agreement.<\/p>\n


\n

TIME INTERVAL<\/strong><\/p>\n

The minimum time interval of cooperation agreed by contract\/agreement\/agreement on cooperation depends on the amount of work in working hours spent for certain services provided by the company Digitizer. The minimum agreed time interval is a necessary element of the cooperation agreement between Digitizer and the client.

NOTICE PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>\n

The notice period for cooperation agreed by the contract\/agreement\/agreement on cooperation between Digitizer and the client is 30 days for long-term cooperation (collaboration of more than 2 months). Unless otherwise agreed in advance between Digitizer and the client by contract\/agreement\/cooperation agreement.<\/p>\n

AUTOMATIC EXTENSION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company Digitizer agrees cooperation with the client through a contract\/agreement\/agreement on cooperation so that after the expiration of the term for which the contract (agreement) was concluded, it automatically extends it to the next period, under the same conditions.

The company Digitizer as a user and provider of digital products uses e-mail as an official means of communication that can and should be used when concluding a contract (agreement) with the client. Before any agreed cooperation, the client is obliged to confirm it by replying to the offer through the official e-mail registered in APR.
