In the coming period, an early beta version will be launched in India with a handful of new creation tools that will be tested. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #ff6600; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><b>What is YouTube Shorts?<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YouTube Shorts<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  is new to the platform and allows you to record and post videos of up to 15 seconds or less. With this, <em>YouTube<\/em> wants to encourage everyone to post short videos, and <em>YouTube Shorts<\/em> will be much easier to watch because of the screen position <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: 'Open Sans';\"><em>Watch<\/em> : Like <em>Instagram<\/em> and <em>TikTok<\/em> , <em>YouTube<\/em> will allow you to scroll vertically to the next video<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: 'Open Sans';\">After <em>Facebook&#8217;s<\/em> response to <em>Tik Tok<\/em> , <em>Google<\/em> also decided to follow the trend of short videos.
