Pay to follow the event<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

As the rules of social distancing are still followed, many businesses and independent creatives have to make contact with their audience via the Internet and try to make money. Thanks to marketing, online<\/em> video content and online<\/em> payments, online events can meet the ultimate business needs. <\/span><\/p>\n

The new option will enable businesses and creatives to charge for online<\/em> access to their events directly through Facebook<\/em> .<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1597930351771{padding-top: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;}”]For now, this option is available in only 20 countries (the list of which you can see at<\/span> this link<\/span><\/a><\/span> ) for pages that meet all the conditions of monetization (content monetization).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

For transactions on Android<\/em> , in countries where<\/span> Facebook Pay<\/span><\/i> has been introduced, businesses will keep 100% of the revenue they earn from paid events. For users of the IOS operating system, the situation is somewhat different due to the 30% tax that exists within the framework <\/span>Apple Store<\/span><\/i> .<\/span> Facebook<\/span><\/i> asked<\/span> Apple<\/span><\/i> to lower its tax or allow them to offer<\/span> Facebook Pay<\/span><\/i>, so that they can help all businesses during the Corona virus pandemic.
